In 1991, DT's Cart in the Park started serving up delicious hot dogs to Little Leaguers and their fans in Kennedy Park on Chicago's Southside. 

 

From our humble beginnings to our brick-and-mortar restaurant opened in 2000, we've created lasting memories for generations of families who have had a huge impact on the place that became Fat Tommy's.

 

After a challenging turn of events that closed the restaurant in December, 2023, we have decided to return to our roots and true passions of carts, catering,s and concessions.
